Casey Stone

Casey is a computer scientist at Argonne National Laboratory who focuses mostly on projects relating to Argonne’s Autonomous Discovery Initiative. Her work involves integrating robotics, scientific instruments, and AI to enable fully autonomous experimentation in the physical sciences. She oversees the robotic experimentation platform for the Biosciences Division as well as the daily operations of the Rapid Prototyping Laboratory, which provides a prototyping space for all of Argonne’s self-driving lab robotics projects.
