Dr. Sean Wilkinson

Sean Wilkinson is a Research Scientist in the Workflow and Ecosystem Services Group at the Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility (OLCF). Before coming to OLCF almost five years ago, he worked with pathologists to complete his doctorate in biomedical engineering, and he worked with high-energy physicists as a postdoctoral fellow. Currently, the main thrust of his research is in the emerging area of FAIR workflows, for which he co-chairs the Workflows Community Initiative’s FAIR Workflows working group. Other research interests include cross-facility workflows, reproducibility, and cancer research with the Veterans Affairs (VA) Million Veteran Program (MVP).
